The Alliance is committed to promoting academic exchanges and sci-tech cooperation among architectural universities along the Silk Road, promoting industry progress and improving people’s well-being.

II. Leveraging Disciplinary Advantages and Deepening Pragmatic Cooperation.

All parties should focus on high-quality urban development and the improvement of the living environment, give full elaborate to disciplinary advantages in related fields, rely on SRIAATU cooperation platforms, carry out all-round, multi-level and high-quality integration in talent training, scientific research, cross-innovation, and people-to-people exchanges, and form a pragmatic cooperation model of high complementarity and mutual benefit.

III. Adhering to Openness and Mutual Learning to Promote Resource Sharing.

All parties should practice the concept of openness and inclusiveness, break down regional and industry barriers, make full use of new means including digitalization and intelligent technology, actively share high-quality education and scientific research resources, vigorously promote the dissemination of science and technology and the sharing of achievements in the field of architectural science and technology, and give full play to the leading role of universities in serving the society.

All parties should promote the innovative aggregation of multiple industry- university-research-application entities in the field of architectural science and technology on the Silk Road, deeply integrate scientific research and industry development, promote the transformation and application of achievements, solve common problems in urbanization such as green and low-carbon buildings, infrastructure construction, living environment upgrading, ecological environment protection, and historical and cultural inheritance so as to achieve coordinated regional development and common progress.

V. Respecting History and Culture; Protecting Heritages and Civilizations. All parties should respect cultural diversity and understand cultural differences, promote people-to-people ties through youth exchanges and educational cooperation. Exchanges and mutual learning should be enhanced by presenting the excellent traditional cultures of all parties to jointly carry on the magnificent history and friendship along the Silk Road, enhance multicultural resilience, and boost human civilization.

VI. Promoting Green Development Philosophy; Building a Better Home for Mankind.

All parties should uphold the common values of mankind, promote green B&R development around UN SDGs, and jointly train global talents in the field of architectural technology to meet the needs of the times. We shall cooperate to address global challenges such as climate change and energy crisis, work together to build a better home for all, and contribute to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
