December 6, 2024 Institute of Civil Engineering of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University in cooperation with the media outlet on civil engineering topics "Inzhenernyye issledovaniya [Engineering Research]" (https://eng-res.ru) holds the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Design and calculation of building structures and foundations"(DeCaBuS’2024)

The following are invited to participate: scientific and teaching staff, doctoral students, postgraduates, undergraduates, students and specialists engaged in scientific research in the areas of the conference.

The main directions of the conference:

· Civil construction, buildings and structures

· Foundation engineering and underground structures

· Structural mechanics

· Theory and history of architecture, restoration and reconstruction of historical and architectural heritage

The working languages of the conference are Russian and English.

The format of the event:

§ official meeting (at the address: St. Petersburg, Politechnicheskaya str., 29, Scientific Research Building);

§ online meeting (connection links will be sent later to the email address specified during registration).

To participate in the conference it is necessary:

1. each participant (author) must register on the website  https://eng-res.ru/conf.html by November 6, 2024:

2. for the corresponding author to send an application for publication of the article and the text of the article to the address: eng-res@bk.ru by specifying "Conference 2024" in the subject line.

Information on the rules of registration and submission of articles is available on the website of the magazine "Inzhenernyye issledovaniya [Engineering Research]"  in the section "To authors" (https://eng-res.ru/for_authors.html ). Participants of the conference do not need to attach a certificate of verification for the amount of borrowings, while the requirement for the percentage of originality of the text, taking into account citations, must be met (at least 70%).

Articles are accepted in Russian (with English title, keywords and annotation) or in English.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select the submitted articles. The accepted articles will be published in the media outlet on civil engineering topics "Inzhenernyye issledovaniya [Engineering Research]" (https://eng-res.ru )  with article-by-article placement on elibrary.ru.

According to the results of the conference, the best articles will be published in the scientific journal «Magazine of Civil Engineering» (https://engstroy.spbstu.ru/; included in the List of the Higher Attestation Commission of Russia Federation, RSCI, SCOPUS) and other journals on construction topics included in the List of the Higher Attestation Commission of Russia Federation, RSCI, etc.

There is no publication fee.

The registration fee is not provided.

Travel and accommodation of the conference participants (full–time participation) - at the expense of the sending party.
