Olga Kuzina, Vice Rector of Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU) of Russia, led a delegation to Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology (XAUAT) on the morning of May 14 and attended the 2025 Conference and Forum of the SRIAATU.
XAUAT President Zhao Xiangmo met with the delegation. Vice President Chen Rong chaired the meeting. Heads of XAUAT President’s Office, College of Architecture and International Relations Office attended the meeting.

Zhao Xiangmo extended a warm welcome to the delegation and briefed them on the achievements of the two universities since the establishment of the SRIAATU in high-level mutual visits, China-Russia workshop and cooperation under the Shaanxi Belt and Road Joint Laboratory on Green Building.
He said, last week China and Russia signed the Joint Statement on Further Deepening the China-Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Coordination for the New Era, which comprehensively enhanced the height, dimension and resilience of China-Russia relations. He hoped the two universities could take this opportunity to further deepen cooperation in joint training of talents, international joint research and jointly build a new highland of Silk Road architectural technology.
Olga Kuzina thanked XAUAT for its warm hospitality, saying that MGSU cherishes its partnership with XAUAT. Taking the 2025 Conference and Forum of the SRIAATU as an opportunity, she hoped to further expand cooperation on the basis of jointly building the Belt and Road Joint Laboratory, so as to inject new impetus into China-Russia cooperation in architectural technology.

After the meeting, Olga Kuzina attended the meeting of the SRIAATU permanent council, opening ceremony of the 2025 Conference and Presidents’ Forum.
